EDI Specialist

Daedalus is currently looking for EDI Specialists with Cleo product experience and experience in all phases of EDI including analysis, development, mapping, trading partner setup, testing, troubleshooting and support etc.

Daedalus LLC is a specialized consulting firm dedicated to EDI and B2B support and strategy. Our team of subject matter specialists work together to identify issues and define solutions to help our clients cost effectively manage their EDI/B2B systems. Our aim is to understand our clients’ on both a personal and business level and the unique factors related to their specific business.

Requirements

• Interact with multiple clients and vendor both remotely and face to face (if needed)
• Daily track and correct the resolution of EDI errors and issues
• Responsible for EDI changes and technical support
• Serve as the primary link between the client and its trading partners
• Coordinate EDI testing, implementations and upgrades
• Provide mapping, trading partner setup, testing, troubleshooting and support etc.
• Provide technical expertise and support for EDI communications

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with multiple levels of management
• General knowledge of ticket systems, reports and project schedules
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Minimum 2 plus years of EDI experience
• Capability to translate EDI issues and solutions business users
• Experience with Cleo and or Extol products
